Hidden fees awere long ago regulated on utility bills, but time and legal ingenuity (not to mention consumers drifting from phone companies to wireless and cable service providers) has made them commonplace once again. Comcast, says this customer, is robbing you with duplicative and meaningless line-item charges. The end of Net Neutrality is only a new frontier in a well-established treadmill of not-so-optional features, mystery fees and hostile customer service.
